Walk to the farm to see hundreds of edible and medicinal plants part of our diet.

Highlights:

We will open and taste a fresh cacao pod and also other tropical fruits along the trail.
Learn the sacred uses indigenous had for cacao and how it was transformed into the sweet chocolate we know today.
On a wood stove, we will roast cacao beans and grind them the ancient way.
Mix ground cacao seeds with spices for a bitter, medicinal drink, followed by a sweet hot chocolate drink.
At the end, mold chocolate bars made with our own cacao, with healthy toppings available.
